The joys of life, the things which make us smile, don't have to originate from a source which is big or luxurous. It can come from even riding a toy horse present in your backyard. It is not what you are doing, it is how you perceive it. It is about what you are getting from it, or maybe what you want to get from it. Age isn't a restriction here!
We are so busy in our materialistic lives that we claim to discover hidden paradises, happiness and serenity but the truth is that they are already present somewhere near us, maybe in our backyard; waiting for our attention. This is only when our soul's eye-doors are closed, the ignorance compels them to hide in its usual environment. Humans are above all others because of the intellect which guides their emotions and actions so you should see nature and gain happiness and wisdom from it. You should see the positive side and be thankful to God for what he has given you.
